By accessing and using TOEFL Exam Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Educational Platform

TOEFL Exam Prep is an independent educational platform designed to help students prepare for the TOEFL iBT. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Educational Testing Service (ETS). "TOEFL" is a registered trademark of ETS.

3. AI Grading Accuracy

While our AI grading models are designed to closely align with the official ETS 1-6 band rubrics, they are educational tools and estimates only. We do not guarantee that the score you receive on our platform will match your official exam score.

4. Subscriptions and Access

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly, 3-month, or yearly) that grant full access for as long as the subscription remains active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.

5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first subscription purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TOEFL Exam Prep is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of that initial purchase and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. The guarantee does not apply to renewal charges or subsequent subscriptions, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Accounts terminated for violating these Terms are not eligible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, scraping our proprietary practice questions, or sharing your account credentials with others. Accounts found to be shared will be terminated without a refund.
